Delivery & Shipping

At SendingLuxury, we carefully prepare and pack each gift by hand after your order is placed — with the same attention to detail that defines everything we do.

We offer fast and reliable shipping across Europe. Orders placed before noon (Monday to Friday) are shipped the same day, unless otherwise noted on the product page. If, due to high demand or limited stock, we cannot meet this timeline, we will inform you immediately.

Estimated delivery times:
• Netherlands & Belgium: 1–2 working days
• Germany: 2–4 working days
• Rest of Europe, including UK and Switzerland: 2–7 working days

We deliver Monday through Saturday. Saturday deliveries in the Netherlands and Belgium are handled by DHL. Please note: we do not ship on weekends, and Sunday delivery is not available.

You can select a preferred delivery date during checkout — we will ensure your gift arrives as close as possible to that date.

Most shipments are handled by FedEx, known for their speed and reliability. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Track & Trace link to follow your gift every step of the way.
