We offer fast and reliable shipping across Europe. Orders placed before noon (Monday to Friday) are shipped the same day, unless otherwise noted on the product page. If, due to high demand or limited stock, we cannot meet this timeline, we will inform you immediately.
Estimated delivery times:
• Netherlands & Belgium: 1–2 working days
• Germany: 2–4 working days
• Rest of Europe, including UK and Switzerland: 2–7 working daysWe deliver Monday through Saturday. Saturday deliveries in the Netherlands and Belgium are handled by DHL. Please note: we do not ship on weekends, and Sunday delivery is not available.
You can select a preferred delivery date during checkout — we will ensure your gift arrives as close as possible to that date.

- Addresses, add an excel file with all the addresses of your contacts. Please enter the address, postcode and city in separate columns.
- Delivery date, add the delivery date (for large orders, please contact us in advance so we can assure you that it is feasible).
- Invoice details, please add your invoice details.
